Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your WideBootCalf.com purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and packaging included.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Returns Center on WideBootCalf.com
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid return label
- Package items securely in the original box
- Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after return processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard return shipping is free for U.S. returns. For expedited return shipping or international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges for most items, subject to availability. To exchange an item:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired size
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees. Refunds will be issued for merchandise value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale merchandise (marked as such on product page)
- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original tags
- Personalized merchandise
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Check your return status anytime by visiting the Returns Center on WideBootCalf.com and entering your return tracking number.
Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year.
