Shipping Options and Timeframes
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events and holiday seasons.
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- Free on orders of $75 or more
- $7.95 for orders under $75
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- $15.95 for all orders
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)
- $25.95 for all orders
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for next-day delivery
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-14 business days. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on WideBootCalf.com.
Please note that the estimated delivery date provided during checkout is based on the shipping method selected and does not include order processing time.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items have special shipping requirements due to size, weight, or value. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our customer service team through WideBootCalf.com for assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders early and selecting expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery. Please check our website for specific holiday shipping deadlines.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately through WideBootCalf.com. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Special Handling
For delicate or high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. This ensures your package reaches you safely and helps prevent package theft.
